Clear and restore your center with light breathwork and restorative easy postures held for 5 minutes or longer. Unwind with easy meditation while listening to a luxurious sound bath.

Classes are limited to 6 people, up to 90 minutes in length. Price is $11.11 per person, payable cash or Venmo. Please bring your own mat, pillow case and blanket.
